A urinary tract infection (UTI) is among the more common urinary and bladder conditions. Interstitial cystitis can involve painful urination and the frequent need to urinate. Other conditions include cystocele (dropped bladder) and urethral syndrome (inflammation with no sign of UTI). Kegel exercises may help people with urinary incontinence or related symptoms.
